DAMA Food welcomes our customers to learn about our high-quality products through our product sample service. While most product samples will be provided free of charge, there are a few samples that require a small fee and some will not have samples available. A one-time free freight of samples will also be provided. Customer can select products they are interested in at the” Inquiry Cart” on our website. After confirming the sample list and providing us with shipping information on “Contact us” option on our website, or E-mail, it will take 3~5 business days to prepare samples. Once samples are shipped, we will contact our customers with shipment tracking number. Delivery time will vary depending on the destination, please track your order at your convenience.

1. Inquiry - This can be done by clicking on the “Inquiry Cart” on our website. Please select interested products and provide us with your contact information, we will contact you as soon as possible.
2. Sample Sent – Product Samples and Freight Cost of the First sample shipment will be free of charge. Product samples will be sent between 3~5 business days. In addition, we provide the best product menu for you and you could easily work in beverage preparation.
3. Checking Flavors and Ingredients – To confirm products being ordered. If flavors and ingredients need to be adjusted, we will customize your order. Customized samples will take 1~2 weeks to prepare and be ready to be shipped. Once we receive a confirmed satisfaction of the customized products. We will provide the ingredient lists for you to confirm again with the local Importing Regulations.
4. Checking Importing Regulations – Customers must check with local authorities to confirm all products being shipped follow all relevant importing regulations.
5. Quotation – Depending on the customer’s needs, we can provide a quote of either FOB Taiwan or CIF.
6. Order – Orders can be placed via E-mails. Once the quantities and final price are confirmed, a PI (proforma Invoice) will be provided.
7. Payments - After customers receive a proforma invoice, payments must be made in full amount within three business days. We will confirm remittance within 5 business days. To help speed up the ordering process, we kindly ask our customers to provide us with a copy of payment receipt via E-mail as soon as payment is made.
8. Lead Time- Depending on ordered items and quantities, preparation time of products to be ready for shipment is 2~3 weeks. Customers will also receive a confirmation of delivery date.
9. Shipping Notice – When products are shipped, Customers will be notified by E-mail with all relevant shipping documents.
10. After-sales service - We would like to keep close contact with our customers for any feedback of our products and ordering experience.

MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)

1.Less Container Load

The MOQ is 50 cartons. The order can be a mixture of items, excluding fructose, creamer and packaging. Order will be shipped as LCL.

2.Full Container Load

- 20ft container has a loading capacity of 25~26 CBM; about 800~1000 cartons (depending on carton sizes)
- 40ft container has a loading capacity of 50~52 CBM; about 1600~2000 cartons (depending on carton size)

b. Cartons are packed on pallets for easy loading and unloading.
* With Lead time and shipping time being 6~8weeks, we strongly suggest our customers to stock a minimum supply of 3 months to avoid shortages.
